i.d.o demonstrates required matters on online mail-order arrangements according to proper guidelines, based on laws regarding door-to-door sales and other relevant regulations to contribute to the promotion of secure online commerce and gain trust of clients.

1. Selling prices

Selling prices are indicated according to each product.

2. Payment methods

(a) Cash on delivery (COD)
When a client receives the delivered product, pay a delivery man
the bill in cash. The COD commission is paid by the client.

4. Time required for product delivery

The product is normally delivered in approx. a week by parcel post mail (Yuh-Pack). If we receive orders for a particular item, we may require a longer time for the shipment. The shipment of custom-made products may require a period of approx. 2 weeks from the date the order is confirmed.

6. Return and replacement of product

If the product is defective, damaged or wrong, return the purchase to us collect within 8 days after product arrival. We will replace the product or refund the money paid.

7. Time for product return

The product should be returned within 8 days after product arrival.
※We will not accept product return in the following cases.
・ Products which have been unsealed and used
・ Partial return of discounted products
・ Return of a product only in the present-including product
・ Products after due return date (within 8 days after product arrival)

8. Return method

Return the product using home delivery service or Yuh-Pack to keep delivery record and make sure its copy is kept. If the product return cannot be confirmed, we will not refund the money.

9. Return fee

If defective or wrong products are delivered to a client due to our fault, the return fee will be borne by our company. In such a case, return the product to us collect. If the client wishes to return the product due to personal reasons such as his/her dissatisfaction with the product, return fee will be borne by the client. Refund procedures will be performed after product return is confirmed.

10. Cautions

We accept no liability for any loss incurred by a client arising from the use or unavailability of the product (injury accident, social damage [money, time, etc.]). The mail-order sales on this website are for clients residing only in Japan and our products are not shipped to foreign countries.
